Have you ever had people say hi to you and then say, ‘Oh you have put on weight!’ I don’t know about others, but it irks me big time! It irks me even more when they hand me down these looks of disapproval and say, ‘You should do something about it!’ I want to snap back, ‘How the hell do you know I am not doing something about it?!’
Nobody would be obese or fat by choice in an era that glorifies size zero or six pack abs!

I happen to think that large people have an amazing personality! They have lived their lives being at the receiving end of unkind remarks, but they have learnt to be sportive and take it in their stride. They have mastered the art of laughing at themselves and try to blend in with the world of cruel people.
It’s really high time we give such people their due. Regardless of their girth size, effortlessly and from the heart. Being large-hearted is definitely a healthier option. Do we have it in us to ‘exercise’?
